A little press for a high-school production:
Boone High School theatre department to present ‘You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown’
Charlie Brown and the gang come to life in this fun and family friendly musical based on Charles M. Schulz classic “Peanut” comic strips. Originally produced off-Broadway in the late ‘60’s, adapted for television in the ‘70’s, and turned into a Tony Award winning Broadway show in 1999, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown has once again come to the Boone High School Theatre Department. Including an upbeat musical score that includes the title song, “Beethoven Day,” “Suppertime,” and “My New Philosophy.” Come see Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus, Schroeder, Sally, and of course Snoopy, come to life … just the way you remember them.
