The arts season is just winding up, but it’s not too soon to think about the beginning of the next one — and the Red Chair Affair, which signals the start of 2010-2011. Here are ways to get involved:
Red Chair Affair 2010 Performance Submissions & Other Opportunities
We are only a few short months away from the 2010 Red Chair Affair and have plenty of opportunities for organizations to participate in Central Florida’s Kick-off to the 2010-2011 Cultural Season. Please read the information below to see how your organization can take advantage of the promotional opportunities available!
1. Submit to be a part of the Red Chair Affair Event
We are looking for exciting performances and cultural/visual art demonstrations to be a part of the Red Chair Affair event on the evening of Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Bob Carr. View the criteria and submit to be a part of the event here. Submissions are due on or before May 19, 2010.
2. Decorate a Red Chair and Donate an Auction Item
We’ll have more details on the Red Chair Auction soon. Be sure to sign up for the Red Chair Reporter to get notices in your inbox!
3. Promote your events at RedChairProject.com and through the Red Chair Rewards
Each year, RedChairProject.com has its highest annual visitation leading up to and after the Red Chair Affair. Get your events listed early! If you need assistance or have questions, contact Christina Ruiz, Communications Coordinator at Christina@ArtsandCulturalAlliance.org. She will be scheduling a training session early this summer, so look for a notice if you are interested in training.
Stay tuned for additional opportunities coming soon!
