Improv group now performing in Kissimmee

Power 2 Improv, an Orlando-based but until-now-homeless improv group, will open a new space this weekend in Kissimmee — on the second floor of Pacino’s, a restaurant on U.S. 192. The owners of Pacino’s also are involved with Wildside BBQ in Orlando and Kissimmee and Pulse nightclub, also in Orlando.

The restaurant at Kissimmee will allow Power 2 Improv to offer a full bar, dinner packages and family-style Italian dining.

Power 2 Improv was formed in 2008. Many of its performers are graduates of the Sak Comedy Lab school in Orlando.

The grand-opening show, called Off the Cuff,  is at 8 p.m. Saturday Dec. 11.
