Theater Auditions: ‘Forum’ at Mad Cow

Here’s an audition notice for A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, to be directed by Katrina Ploof at Mad Cow Theatre:

Mad Cow Theatre is holding auditions by appointment only on Sunday, March 6, 2011 for its upcoming production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum with book by Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart and music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim. The production runs June 3-July 10, 2011 as part of Mad Cow’s 14th Season. A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum will be directed by Katrina Ploof with musical direction by Robin Jensen.

Seeking professional singer-actors with strong comedic skills. Character descriptions can be found on our  website. Auditioners should prepare 16 bars from a comedic musical-theater song and bring a picture and resume. An accompanist will be provided.
