Theater auditions: Beth Marshall Presents, round 2

Beth Marshall Presents is having another round of auditions for its coming season and is particularly looking for actors to fill several specific roles:

The Diviners:

  • Looking for a young male actor with strong acting chops that can play a mentally challenged character age 14-17 years. (Lead Role- Buddy). (Equity/Non-Equity)

Prop 8:

  • We need 1 Asian female actor age 40+ and 1 Asian male actor age 40+ and many male/female actors ages 50+ of ALL ethnicities. (Equity/Non-Equity)

Theater review: PB&J’s ‘Shhhh!’

You can take the title of PB&J Theatre Factory’s new comedy, Shhhh!, as a warning.

It’s not just Mark Koenig and Todd Zimmerman, who play burglars in this murder-mystery-satire, who have to be very, very quiet. It’s also the Garden Theatre audience, who must put their ears into concentration mode to pick up all the silliness this show entails.
